I dropped it off first thing in the morning—before their official opening time—and they were happy to take it in. Just a few hours later, I got a call to say the job was finished. “A wonderful birthday lunch at Picnic! I cannot thank Picnic Cafe enough for an absolutely fabulous 70th birthday lunch! It was Wellington on a good day and the roses were in full bloom. This is such a fantastic venue for Welly locals and especially for visitors. The service was outstanding with the manager and his staff graciously, attentively and very efficiently accommodating 26 exuberant family and friends. It worked beautifully for the group that each could select what they wanted for lunch and the atmosphere was relaxed and, well, picnic-y. It couldn't have been better! Highly recommended. “5 star review for the lovely young Pasifika woman (apologies I didn't catch her name but wanted to make sure she was identified) who assisted me on the 25th of June around approx 5/6pm with my dehumidifier. I brought in my dehumidifier (almost at 2 years old) due to electrical faults and concerns, wanting to check my warranty and if I could get some help. Initially I was assisted by an older lady who misunderstood my request thinking I was after a return/refund, after I had specifically asked for some help with my machine that had sparked when I plugged in & was wanting to know if it was still under warrant and/or if someone could help fix it. She then proceeded to tell me I needed a receipt even after I showed my online contact with Mitre 10 noting the staff could call the shipping store upon arrival to assist and get the receipt details as it was an online order, but she told me to ring the store myself. As I went outside to grab the machine from my car & brought it back in with my daughter, I hear the woman telling the young lady I was after a refund/return which was in fact untrue, I quickly corrected her and this is where the young lady came in and helped me out. As I purchased online there was no physical copy but she was super helpful as I showed her the email contact with Mitre 10 & online details i could provide, The young lady got the initial staff member to call up the shipping store and was just super helpful and sorted it out fast and efficient. Great customer service, attentive, listened to what I needed and I was able to get a replacement as I was still within my 2 year warranty. The difference in service was visible & I think shes a great example of perfect customer service. Thank you very much to this young lady- approachable, super helpful and super happy with the outcome.”

“I loved everything about this space. An old school with a range of different businesses in the old classrooms.The court yard was filled with tables and chairs and a very relaxed vibe to go with it. I had the Eggs Benedict, a delicious coffee and piece of scrumptious slice for the road later. The Bene was that good I haven’t stopped thinking about it. The cabinet was full of healthy options with plenty of gf to. I think I’ve just found my new stop over.”

“Ordered a Sir George and a Vege Supreme pizza . Staff were friendly and accommodating. Pizzas were ready within 10 minutes on a Friday night. Got it to takeaway as I find the atmosphere to be crowded with everyone else in there little high eatery . Pizzas are great with a perfect base and that authentic wood fired taste . Flavours on pizza are perfect. Can highly recommend getting the crust dipping sauces to accompany the pizza either by dipping the crust or putting directly onto the pizza . Highly recommend going along and trying .”

“Great service comes at the right price. Recently, my car needed a new cylinder gasket. After discussing with the receptionist, they started ordering the parts for me. The entire process was quick and easy. They also provided advice and told me to wait a few more days so I could save more. I wasn’t in a hurry to use my car, so two days later, they called me and told me they had found a more reasonably priced part. As a result, I saved about $300. The subsequent repair was professional and efficient. Once the parts arrived, my car was back on the road the next day. Thank you for restoring my car’s health! I’ll definitely come back again”

After filing out their easy form online, Novus contacted me over the phone to confirm my selected appointment less than 5 minutes later. Appointment was scheduled for Wednesday but their mobile service was free and they phoned to see if I'd like it done today (Monday) and we're promptly round 15 minutes later and had my windscreen chip fixed both promptly, effectively and professionally. “Had the most amazing experience recently! On the 10th September I went in an was served by I delightful man who was talkative, kind and ultimately talked me into buying a 3 in one girls jacket. Unfortunately my car got broken into that Friday and the jacket was stolen. I rang up to enquire about getting a digital receipt send through and I was greeted by a delightful lady who was so kind and helpful (she even rang me back to make sure I recieved my receipt). After getting a very high quote from another garage, they advised on what did need fixing at a good fair price.
