    Had the best service in this shop by a very knowledgeable young guy called Brayan. I was stranded after 6hr roadie and an engine light.     Bought a battery that faulted and would not hold a charge within 12 months. Called the store and was told to bring it in for a replacement. Was told at the store that it could not be warrantied after it was tested by their staff, but left my number with them to be followed up. Was called 2 days later and told to bring it in to be replaced as originally agreed. Took it back in, to be told AGAIN that the battery could not be replaced. Absolutely zero integrity or honesty. Will never set foot in one of their stores again.

    Presley is the best customer service representative for your company. She went above and beyond to assist me with my wiper blade situation. SHe also assistant other customers and spoke to other members within her company keeping her cool and using a negative customer experience as a way to teach other members of your team. She absolutely deserves a raise and the recognition for the way that she carries your store. She genuinely cares about the customers and it's really helpful to women in your store they could find that sort of Environment daunting. Skillset was also incredibly impressive when she managed to make a windscreen wiper blade fit my car when mine was unavailable. I will absolutely be coming back to the store for future Auto needs.
