My car was broken into a few days ago requiring the back quarter light window to be repaired. Booked in with Novus on Monday, dropped car off Wednesday and window was fixed within the hour. Fast, Friendly and Efficient service. I called Novus and was greeted by a friendly voice who was genuinely interested in helping me sort out the windscreen replacement. Insurance came through, Novus had ordered the windscreen for my wife’s car and it was all done within a couple of days from contacting them to job completion. Will definitely be back should it happen again. Staff were also very friendly in person also.
