   Am sultan singh I had a very disappointing experience at Tony Tyres in Hamilton. I called earlier and asked about getting my car’s tyre alignment checked using my voucher, and I was clearly told on call with harry and sam they said no problem you come in our shop. But when I reached the staff suddenly changed their words specially harry They told me I had to pay first, and when I mentioned I had the voucher, their behaviour became very rude. They refused to check my tyres at all and told me to leave. The attitude, especially from Harry, was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I went there expecting basic customer service, but I left feeling insulted. Very bad experience and I do not recommend this place.

   I went to Tony Tyres in Hamilton for a simple tyre check and layenment , but my experience was very disappointing. First they give me appointment for friday When I arrived, harry ignored me very rudely and behaviour was unprofessional. Instead of helping, they refused to check my tyres and didn’t even try to listen properly. I left feeling disrespected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place at all.

   I would strongly advise against purchasing any of the “deal” offers from Tony’s ‘Liar’ Service; they’re misleading and poor value for money. The promotion claims you only pay for oil and parts, not labour, but in my experience, that’s not accurate; they try to claim later it’s a 50% discounted labour cost even though it CLEARLY states ‘PAY NO LABOUR COSTS’. After my visit, I was charged $160 for “parts” when the only thing visibly added was oil — the air filter was just blown clean, and the rest of the service was a quick once-over of the engine, tyres, and brakes. When I asked for a breakdown of what parts were supposedly used, I received no reply. They also claimed I needed a brand-new $400 stop/start battery and said my car had to be jump-started when it arrived. That’s simply not true, my battery was replaced less than a year ago and has been working perfectly before and since. Overall, I found the experience disappointing and untrustworthy. The first staff member seemed disinterested, and while the second was more approachable, their tone came across as condescending. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this business based on my experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

   Went to get a puncture repair, but it had to be replaced. Was first told I had to get a $250 tyre and then a $200 one. I asked if I could use MTA Vouchers and Pradeep said he doesn't know how, so I can't use them. After calling another store that said I could, he eventually called head office, who talked him through it. Rims were also filthy and they didnt bother to put air in the others. Poor service.

   I had an excellent experience at Tony's Tyre Terapa! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect set of tires for my car. They provided fast and efficient service, and the prices were competitive. I'll definitely be returning for all my tire needs. Highly recommended!

   Brought the car to change out two tyres, however after checking the tyres the staff told me that one of them is still good for the road. Appreciate the honest business practice. In the end I only changed one with a fair price. Highly recommended!

   I found that they were very pushy, telling me all my break pads and rotors desperately needed doing, saying they would do a special deal. I declined this, but they still pushed. After leaving I went to a mechanic to get them to look, they took the tyres off and looked, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the rotors, no where near needing replacing, and my break pads still had plenty of wear left. I will never return to Tony's Tyre, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.
