    Recent visits have been met with an arrogance from staff. Today's visit topped it off when as I was paying two techs advised they could not reset the service warning for my car. I offered to show them and one's reply was i know how for all types of cars. Clearly not for my standard CX-5 and the service warning was still on. 2 minutes later I drive out having reset it myself and could not help teach them for the next cx5 they get through. We keep learning throughout our lives, so always take an opportunity when it arises people. My thought as I left was what other simple tasks they not willing to learn for servicing vehicles and is this the best place for looking after my cars needs and will it be safe to drive?

    Recommended by google reviewers, visited this shop today to have the oil changed and found out that the air filter was also very dirty. The mechanics did a engine flush to make sure the old oil wouldn’t mix with the new one. Staff was efficient and helpful. Liked the service and will come back after 7,500km.
