I had a large crack in my windscreen and contacted Novus for a replacement. They responded immediately and quickly arranged a time for me to bring the car in. I dropped it off first thing in the morning—before their official opening time—and they were happy to take it in. Just a few hours later, I got a call to say the job was finished. The staff were friendly, the service was efficient, and the quality of the work was excellent. Highly recommend!
Professional and speedy. I went in for a chip repair covered by insurance and couldn't have asked for a faster and better service than what these guys provide. The chip on the windscreen is non-existent now. Novus really knows how to deal with your crack.
Very professional and friendly staff. They know what they are doing. They went out of the way to make arrangements to suit my schedule. Had the windshield of my car delivered and installed on the same day. Took only 3 hours for installation and calibration of sensors. Plenty of parking Waiting area where you can sit and chill while they do the installation. This place is highly recommended.
You are the bomb OMG the booking was for 8am to 11:30am but you fnished it before 10am and it looks real good. Replaced a whole chipped windscreen with hairlines in no time. Impressive Novus thank you so much for this. What a load off my shoulders.
Staff are all lovely. The ladies at the reception have good customer service skills, guys working at the back are all friendly too. Had windscreen replaced here. Job finished within two hours - awesome! Just the finishing touches aren't quite there, scratches from trying to yank things out.
The front of house person (I believe her name was Rachel) was extremely helpful, accomodating, and hospitable when I was waiting upstairs. I highly recommend her! But the service of the workshop was terrible - my first visit resulted in a leaking windscreen (that resulted in carpet damage), I went back and it was found that they left out a plug or a screw. So they fixed their previous error but later in the day, after I had left my second visit, it started raining again and I discovered they hadn’t reattached the windscreen wipers correctly and I had to get help from some friends to correct this error so that I could drive safely in the rain. Both visits resulting in such big errors is a pretty poor pattern.
I have to rave about the Office Manager Rachael. Very accommodating, friendly and can talk about anything and everything. She makes you feel like she has known you for ages! She was able to tell me quite quickly what type of windscreen I needed and was able to book me in on a date and time that suited me. Awesome service, very fast too! I highly recommend you come here for your windscreen repairs.
