   Please avoid that place as they tend to be quite pricey. The service quality is not up to par, and the staff can be rather impolite. They only perform basic car maintenance tasks like oil changes, yet they charged me $380 for it. The labor costs are exorbitant, as they hire workers from Ford, Audi, BMW, Toyota, Nissan and VW factories.

   Been to Jones Road a few times. As well as 1 other mechanic in Rolleston. They have performed the best by far. Upfront about costs, quotes, speed of work done was great and Loaner cars available. Usually It's no hassles. But I have had a few issues and few mistakes happen, some in their control some out of their control. It was met with nothing short or professionalism kindness and culpability. "they made it right" and that's something that's hard to come by nowadays. I'd reccomend them to anyone. Disclaimer: This review is based on the current staff and practices of 2025. I'd say it's valid for 2 years. Beyond that people and companies can change for better or worse. Beyond 2027 I'd encourage reading more recent reviews.

   My go-to place to get a WoF. Always did walk-ins and got out within the hour. The guys are extremely helpful and went out of their way to get my car back on the streets. Honest and "no fuss" attitude. Can highly recommend.

   My wife sent her car in to get new rotors. We asked for the breaks to not me replaced as we had just put brand new expensive ones in a few days prior. On return, they had put cheaper break pads on, which they didn’t charge us for once realising they had done this. But didn’t get the others given back to us either. The front passenger side had a constant rubbing sound which was from a bracket they had bent and rubbing on the rotor. The front drivers side rattled from the break calliper bolts that they had just sat into place and not tightened. They have also stripped the screws in the rotor making it impossible to get these back out in the future. When contacted about the issues there was no response. I have now spent the weekend going over their work to fix and replace the things they didn’t do.
