I went into the store this morning and Paris came straight away as soon as she saw me. Very very kind and helpfull. I am so thankful to her for all her help. So good to see kind and helpfull people around.
Had the most wonderful service by Paris today! She was super helpful and kept searching for different solutions to our problem. Overall super helpful and a great worker!
I visited the store on Sunday after speaking on the phone with a helpful young man named Campbell. He was very knowledgeable about the products and kindly agreed to put some parts on hold for me. When I arrived at the store, I asked for Campbell, and he was gracious enough to finish his lunch early to assist me. He took the time to explain how everything works, and we even had a great chat about cars. I was really pleased to get home and find that the parts fit perfectly. Overall, it was a great experience!

Iβve been in twice in the last couple of weeks for two different parts needed for my car and sheβs provided excellent service and gone above and beyond to get the right parts and help resolve the issues then and there. Very poor and unprofessional service. Would not recommend at all. Was told by a staff member that they don't change light bulbs. On the way out, saw another worker changing someone else's light bulb and when asked about it, he said it depends. Went around the block to Super Cheap Auto who immediately helped us out and had it all done within 10 minutes. Would avoid this store like the plague.
Shocking service by a young guy at the counter. I asked for some paint and showed him a picture of what we needed. He was abrupt and uninterested. I needed to make a call to confirm if a different colour than what we wanted was OK...he was again short and rude. I left the store when he shook his had and said "jeez", which referred to me trying to work out what we wanted. I have never received such rude service
Great service. They even asked if I needed help while I was browsing and due to a sudden downpour produced an umbrella and walked me to my car. Top marks guys!
