Great service comes at the right price. Recently, my car needed a new cylinder gasket. After discussing with the receptionist, they started ordering the parts for me. The entire process was quick and easy. They also provided advice and told me to wait a few more days so I could save more. I wasnβt in a hurry to use my car, so two days later, they called me and told me they had found a more reasonably priced part. As a result, I saved about $300. The subsequent repair was professional and efficient. Once the parts arrived, my car was back on the road the next day. Thank you for restoring my carβs health! Iβll definitely come back again
Very terrible service after changing to the new owner. He nearly got into fight with customer. I donβt know why I cannot add more comments. It seems like this owner can only accept positive comments. We went to the workshop, and the owner was trying to negotiate in a very doggy way but kept telling he just wanted to help to save money. However, even it was a easy fix, he didnβt do it well. And when we went back to him, he was very arrogant. We were just trying to talking about the work he had done. But it looked like he couldβt accept any negative feedback of his work. He kept coming out to shout. Iβve never seen any terrible customer service in anywhere of New Zealand. Best of luck of your future business.

The owner of the auto repair shop is very friendly and honest. When my car wouldn't start, I took it to them for repairs and also got a WOF check, maintenance, new tires, and windshield wipers. The owner always provided me with the most reasonable repair options based on my car's needs and helped me save a lot of money. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends in the future.
The owner is really good at what he does and can quickly figure out and fix any problems. He charges is reasonable compared to other workshop I've been to.
