I booked in for a WOF and service, with a few minor repairs included. From the start, the team at Mount AA were excellent costs were clearly communicated, and their recommendations were explained in a way that made everything easy to understand. While waiting, I received a phone call about an emergency with my pet. Without hesitation, the team offered me a courtesy car so I could leave immediately and return later once things were under control. That level of care and flexibility meant the world to me. Professional, transparent, and genuinely compassionate. Thank you
Gave them two chances. They fail so they can get the repairs and work. Went to reputable repair place and wof place, got wof, first time they said I needed a.wheel alignment, went straight down to a.tyre shop and they said it was not needed, the other company were.not making any money from me or selling to me unnecessarily not like this company, I get it that times are hard but dont try and rip people off to line your pockets. A year later once again something else. Vehicle not that old to have the problem they said, and had just had a full service done. Passed wof at a more respectable place. Contactes the Owner. Owner was rude to me and refused to refund the wof fee.as under consumers guarantee act and trading act they are in breach. The owner was rude and refused to refund. They did not provide the requested service and it was not up to standards. Everyone dont go here. Hope karma goes around to the really rude owner.
Had some minor repairs done after our car failed its warrant. Car sounded like a tractor afterwards. Thought I'd check under the bonnet and found they had not put back any of the scrivets that hold the covers in place, and had lost two of the side covers entirely. Everything was just bouncing around. Will cost another $50 to replace all the scrivets and we will never get the other covers back. This was after I was told the work would take an hour so I decided to sit and wait, then, after an hour and a half I was told it would be at least another 2 hours. Definitely don't trust them for any mechanical work. If they are this incompetent I wouldn't even trust them to do warrants.
I’m young man who owns a Japanese import that’s only done 35,000ks and had nothing but problems with the old men targeting and saying things on my car are illegal as an excuse to fail my wof you guys just go after young guys with nice cars had been going to aa for years and always had problems with the old men checking my car over sort it
Amazing service been using this auto centre for 2 vehicles for about 7 years now they are simply caring and absolutely honest about any issues always feel a hundred percent satisfied I also love the way they text reminders about wof and services
Fantastic Service from AA on Hewletts Road, easy booking online, confirmation was made very swiftly, staff are very professional, friendly and helpful, great communication from this service centre, they gave me good advice on what my vehicle required, they have the ability to complete all works on-site to help get you vehicle in tip-top condition and back on the road with no delay. They offer a lot of great services, I would definitely recommend and will be dropping my vehicles off here whenever they need WOF or Service. Excellent.
Pretty disappointing to pay $350 for a service and WOF, which we failed, but never had a mechanic come speak to us about any of the issues or explain. Just handed us the sheet and passed us along. Feels a bit careless. Receptionist was lovely and surprised that a mechanic hadn’t come to speak to us but didn’t have the knowledge to pass on the issues as to why it failed. We wouldn’t return and are won’t return to an AA centre after this.
Have been a customer here for quite a few years. I've always had fair, honest warrant checks and quality assorted repair work and services at reasonable prices. Counter staff and workshop staff have consistently been helpful, friendly and given great advice/assistance every time. 100% rating.
