   My 2013 BMW had the reversing camera fail, so I took it to Pepsi Auto service to repair. They replaced the camera and got it working again but within 1 month the new camera started to fail. Now its just blank. Although I reached out to them by email with evidence of the camera failing, I wasn't able to get back to the store until outside the warranty period, and they said I'd have to pay for a new camera at full price. Poor customer service, and poor quality parts. I would not recommend Pepsi Auto Service.

   Absolutely great company, was hesitant because the reviews but I saw great feedback back on Trademe, I always give company’s a chance and it paid off, highly recommended company!!, I got my 09 Audi S3 factory Japanese head h it replaced and got rev camera and installation done 1 hit, can’t express how happy I am with the work and camera set up, camera is way brighter at night than I expected beats my Territory camera I definitely doing more business here, AA++ store and workmanship.

   Had very bad experience from them. I had bought honda android audio system and asked my audio installer to install the system. While I am installing it, my installer had some trouble to set the temperature gauge, so called them and asked to help to setup. But it didn't go very well. So they asked me to come over next day to finish off my setting. So I went there to ask them to finish setting, they took around 10 mins to finish up my job,then end up charged me another $92. So not understandable react. Paid the audio system and installation fee for my installer and end of paying another $92 for them. They should be more helpful to setting up their own product.

   I won their auction for a backing camera. Transaction completed without a hitch. Gave me a quote for window tinting that I will probably accept. Also gave me quote for a stereo unit and installation that I will not be accepting. I wanted a bigger screen and Android Auto. Their unit did not have Android Auto and wasxtoo expensive.

   Irresponsible and rude! I drove from Hamilton to Auckland to purchase door visors for my car. Only realised the employee gave me the wrong model upon trying to install them. Rang them to negotiate a courier return at their expense but was denied and the owner/employee actually hung up on me. I would not recommend buying from this shop at all!

   There appears to be a disconnect between booking the service staff and who actually doing the job. Came today for the appointment that was booked by reception, was told to wait, after an hour the technician said that i should have booked in the beginning of a day. So disappointed

   Don't expect big smiles, friendly chats and warm fuzzy feelings from this place; but they copied a [complicated] car key for me, and it works nicely. They said it would take an hour but it only took 30-40 min. They are possibly the cheapest in town. A key with remote costs not much more than a non-remote key from the next cheapest place I found.
