“Took a suit in to be sized and altered and Papz was absolutely wonderful !! He let us take our time in decision making, showed us multiple options for ties/bows and gave us the impression that he genuinely wanted the best for us. Papz was friendly, open to chat and able to give advice when we needed it. Easy to see that Papz is a hard worker and cares about his customers!”

“The guys were super helpful helping me change my watch strap. I’d tried for an hour at home to change it, turns out I had industrial strength springs on. They replaced them for user friendly springs in 5 minutes for a cheap price. Highly recommend”

“I buy 2 pairs of boots here every 2 years for work. They usually last a year per pair but the last pair I got have lasted a little more than 2 years by themselves. I wear them 5 days a week, 10hrs a day. And I only ever get seconds. Quality footwear at very low cost”

“That’s an awesome customer service from Mister Minit Riccarton. We had got our two belt been punched for some holes. It surprised us when they did it for free for us. And to show our appreciation, we bought some key chains from them. Even though they did it for free, they showed us their nice attitude and treated us like a loyal customer. “Good experience today. Bought bagels last night and got home to find a small spot of mould even though they were perfectly in date. Took them back today no receipt but could tell them what time I purchased, I assume they checked cctv/logs, but they replaced with no drama and even gave me a second batch free. Well done New World”
