   I went to repair the battery in my car key at New Lynn Mall. The person charged me $37 for a battery that costs between $5 and $8 on the market. ( energizer 2032) I asked the salesperson why the price was so high, and he replied, "Everything is more expensive." I was expecting a more technical answer, an attempt to sell the product or explain the service or what was installed. But he gave me excuses that air conditioning is more expensive, that electricity is more expensive. I understand that everything is more expensive, and that it may be within the price range of other companies, but at least give me a professional answer.

   I was charged $10 for a “repair” that took just a few seconds and did not fix anything. The issue wasn’t with the key at all. When I went back, they refused to refund. Very poor service.

   Asked for shoes to be reheeled as they were badly worn on the side. Came back to find them almost the same and they wouldn't listen to the feedback that it was still wrong. Bad service, terrible job. Doesn't listen to customers.

   Rubbish experience dont go there if you have a supplied key especially a expensive genuine key i had a genuine Nissan GTR key and they under cut the key and wouldn’t do anything about it now left with ruined key and dealing with guy there says he doesn't care with a poor attitude and needs a good hiding

   Do not go here to get anything engraved! Engraving is a specialty trade and not just etching on metal which is what these guys do. If you aren't trained or have zero experience with engraving, then don't do it. You just ruin people's gifts!

   I had bought a watch band for my watch, and the clip is already loose and keeps popping out. I only bought the watch band a couple of days ago, I am not sure whether or not the watch band has a warranty or not, for me to exchange it for a new watch band?

   Very unhappy. Spent over $70 to re heel and sole my boots. The workmanship is terrible. Whilst the person was re heeling my boots, they caused damage to the side of the heels. Brought it to their attention when I picked them up. Told its wear and tear!!! Well this wear and tear wasn't there when I dropped the boots off. Will cost me more $$$ to now have this fixed. Don't use this service. Very poor workmanship and customer service.

   Was told to come here for engraving by Micheal hill with a bracelet I had just bought from them Ruined the bracelet, but didn't properly check it until I got home and didn't get given a receipt. Do not come here for engraving.

   The guys were super helpful helping me change my watch strap. I’d tried for an hour at home to change it, turns out I had industrial strength springs on. They replaced them for user friendly springs in 5 minutes for a cheap price. Highly recommend
