    Absolutely terrible experience at Farmers Upper Hutt Branch. The male salesperson who ‘served’ my family and I gave us dirty looks, as in racially. My family and I are of a different skin colour and it was really obvious that he was being racist. Being of a different skin colour does not give any other individual the permit to be racist! As regular Farmers customers, we are absolutely disgusted by this terrible experience. Never shopping at this branch again. I believe the ‘sales assistants’ at Farmers are not trained enough for good customer service. For your information, customers like us pay with our own money. Farmers, level up!!

    A great local department store, covering a great range for the whole household. Friendly staff, only too willing to assist. An example that I witnessed while waiting for my partner outside the changing rooms was when one of the staff members entered the area and called out if anyone needed any assistance including if anyone needed any other sizes. Now that's customer service!

    It's good that they've gotten rid of that separate shop down Main Street. Now everything is back in one place, in the mall. A shame that they've long stopped selling perfumes. However my visit today was fantastic, store was nicely set out and customer service was friendly and helpful. Good pricing for what I purchased.

    This Farmers branch is under re-development which seems to have gone on forever. The changes make it messy to shop as stock is moved between two separate shop sites and floors. Hopefully these changes make it worth the effort
