Great products as usual however low rating as customer service needs work. Staff was very slow in finding sizes.
I had a terrible experience in store (one of the worst experiences in my life). I made an official complaint to them. It took them a while to reach back out to me, however they were very good in their communication about the matter. The Regional Manager has the best customer service & people skills I have ever encountered. She is the reason for the change from a 1 star to a 3 start review. Store managers should receive training from the Regional Manager - this will 100% result in an increase in satisfied and happy customers. To the regional manager - Keep up the fantastic work, you are an asset to the business.
