   My car dashboard indicator showed that my car key battery was low. I popped into Mister Minit in Chartwell to get the battery replaced. I was charged almost $27. When I asked why so much I wasn't given any explanation. On checking Google today I see that I could have bought a battery myself and fitted it for a fraction of the price. I learned the hard way, sad to say. If only the man behind the counter had been reasonable enough to explain the cost. Once bitten, twice shy.

   Awesome key chain - laser work. It was a friend’s birthday and wanted to get something small and sentimental. He being a fisherman, his boat name - “Karma.” All in all, fast, reliable, and excellent service. Kamal, an absolute legend!!! Thanks guys!

   I got a key duplicated for $12 and paid by card, but I noticed a 30-cent cash back charge on the receipt. This is the first time I've seen such a charge, and while it's a small amount, it's not about the money—it's about why this fee was added. I didn't request cash back, so I'm confused about why this was included. Hopefully, the store can clarify or improve the payment process to avoid confusion for customers. Other than that, the service was fine, but this small issue left me puzzled.

   Huge disappointment!!!! I showed what needs to be done, they agreed. Left shoes for a week, paid in advance. They are nice but the service is ridiculous. This is what I picked up today. And don’t leave response “thank you for bla bla bla” just do what you’re meant to do properly.

   The guy was lovely but when I got home all the way back to Dinsdale from Chartqell I pulled my sneakers out and they were NOT actually fixed. I had paid cash and didn't bother getting a receipt so I tried to call but their number was not working. Now I have to go all the way back to Chartwell to get sorted. So annoying as I do NOT drive.

   The customer service I received from Mister Minit was absolutely incredible. After work, I made my way over to the shop to get a bracelet engraved for a friends birthday, this was around 5:45pm, they close at 6pm and they still served me. They re-heated up their laser machine just to sort this for me as soon as possible. I even received a discount which was amazing. Awesome staff, 110% would recommend. Thank you so much team, made my whole year
