Very disappointed with my experience at this store. One of the Asian female staff members (short, wearing glasses) was extremely unfriendly, impatient, and quite arrogant. Her attitude made the whole shopping experience unpleasant. I won’t be returning to this store and do not recommend it based on this experience.
I visited the Britomart store on June 24 at around 12:50 PM. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting me (an Asian girl) had a poor attitude. I was trying on some sneakers, and she rushed me to take them off. I was actually interested in buying them, but the experience made me decide to leave and go to another store instead. I also noticed she wasn’t attentive to the other customers either.
Adidas - Britomart has a great selection of stylish, high-quality gear! The store is well-organized, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Love the cool vibe and the range of exclusive items available. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!
Absolutely horrible and rude customer service, never coming back here again! If you want to say something that rude to the customer, maybe try saying it in your head or when the customer isn't within hearing distance. To think such staff works at this brand is disgusting, you two-faced people are ruining the reputation of the brand. Next time, hire qualified people who do love their job, because clearly they already failed at a simple basic customer service.
Zero customer service for online orders. I am trying to return shoes and have been on hold for three weeks! Why have a phone number no one answers!! It’s to the point where it’s infuriating!
Avoid. Same experience as everyone else posting. Zero customer service for online orders. Trainers never delivered. Impossible to get hold of Adidas or the courier company to find out where they are. Hours of fustration. Local stores say nothing to do with them despite being part of Adidas. Go figure.
FYI you cannot return a product if you change your mind even though on their website it says it you can. I have the receipt tags & in original unused condition & within 30 days of purchase. “We only accept returns under our change of mind returns policy within the 30 day return period.”
No sign of order after two weeks, after enquiring as to whereabouts i get an email to say my order has to be cancelled, very poor service
The staff at Britomart were all very friendly and welcoming. I walked in with my husband and 2 little girls. Straight away the staff were lovely. I Was helped by a team member Johnson. He was polite and not pushy. I live in Botany but will drive the distance for great service. Keep up the great work team Britomart and thank you for your help. See you again soon.
