Walked in and was greeted by a lovely girl named Olivia who was very helpful and so delightful. I often come to this store and am always met with the best service and a tidy store. 10/10 recommend!!
Absolutely brilliant service from staff! Very attentive and catered to my requests! Olivia was the main girl who helped me and she was lovely and kind! Would definitely go back!
Went to go into the store and the door was locked it was 5:03pm on a Wednesday. Alittle bit annoying when it says on google it closes at 6:30pm that day.
Completely ignored by staff, clothes poorly displayed... some even inside out, changing rooms were not cleared out of tried on clothing and full of dust and fluff. Not worth the visit.
Hmm when your the only person in the shop and the sales person can't even greet me and look up from her desk..not a good look cotton. Taking my $$ elsewhere..no customer service!
There are many pretty clothes!

Awesome customer service saw the man at the counter get threatened and treated like s**t (over a misunderstanding) but he still kept his cool and handled the situation beautifully 10/10
