   My husband and I and our 3 daughter's got in at 4.02 knowing full well the store was closing at 4.30, we rushed around so we can be out before 4.30pm but Megan and the other lady were very rude, kept reminding us in a very rude way that they closing at 4.30 and the 2nd time it was 4.15pm. Other customers were coming in too but they didn't do that to anyone else just us, we were the only non pakeha family and it made us feel really angry. We have been shopping through Number One shoes for years and this was really upsetting and frustrating, PLEASE DO BETTER!

   Customer Service by two woman in store was non existent, when I did ask for assistance with a sizing question on one of my 3 trips over the weekend, it was answered from another isle. No additional assistance offered at any time. One person was intent on vacuuming the floors an hour before close and ignored me. To top it all off, after no effort made by the woman who I presume was the manager, not even a hello after I patiently waited my turn, as she went about an exchange for me she had the gall to ask me if I was having a bad day. I told her that I thought the customer service needed improvement and that in turn I didn’t feel like making an effort to be friendly. Unbelievable.

   Flip flops, jandals, hush puppies, slip ons, children's shoes, school sandals, ugg boots and even handbag accessories- top it off with getting a second pair of brand new shoes for $25 seems to be a bargain. Super friendly staff also to help you find the best shoes for you.

   What a terrible experience went to Hannah's in Tauranga on devenport road with my partner a week ago and said to the staff assistant we will be back on Wednesday to collect the shoes when my partner and l got there on the weekend there was a sign on the door closed so l walked passed and saw 2 young girls working so l knocked on the door to say we have come to collect my partners shoes l had put on hold and was told they would be open when we went on the Saturday to collect the shoes the young girl by the name of Sophie went to point at the sign that said closed l can see the sign that says closed she she pointed at my point is that Sophie should not be working In a customer service environment with that attitude she had l have managed a shoe store for 8 years and when we were shut for stock take my staff and my self would never point at a sign with a annoyed attitude and angry look on our face. That was the worst retail experience l have ever come across.
