   If you choose to shop here because you have a corporate discount etc. maybe call ahead to make sure theres someone there who can actually give you the discount. They said only a manager can do that, and the stores don't always have managers on shift. Todays didn't. The guys at the store today are lovely and helpful, not fault to them. Whoever manages the store or how it's rostered could be better. Would be good to have someone at every store who can actually action the discounts or maybe update the system so these things can be actioned remotely etc.

   I came in today as I was having issues with a pair of shoes I purchased. I had one of the best examples of customer service by Pooja, she made sure the issue was resolved politely and professionally, and she was lovely during the whole interaction.    Purchased two pairs of shoes today with Ashita and have returned home to find that she didn’t put the second pair in the bag… I would suggest checking the bag if you ask to leave the boxes in the store as your purchase might not be there. Don’t think I’ve ever had a more frustrating experience at the till before.

   I took my 72yr old mother to try some boots that she’s particular about on the evening of Friday 14th to Hannah’s Shoe store in Sylvia Park. She was looked after really well by 2 lovely, courteous staff members named Eva & Cathy. Both were very friendly, helpful & patient despite she had changed her mind a few times just to make sure she was satisfied & comfortable with her choice. My mother & I were so impressed with their excellent service that we would definitely rate them high. As customers that’s what makes us feel happy to ship again & would relay it to their boss that they did an awesome job helping us. It’s people like them who make life a whole lot more easier & satisfying. Thank you both for being understanding towards senior citizens & customers in general.

   I went to the shop for change size which is I was purchase from another store in last week. Nesi and Nellie are so friendly! The shop merchandise is great! After I swapped size I decide choose a pair of shoes for myself. Nesi was patient and friendly give me good advice so I was happy with my purchase today. I will definitely go back to Sylvia park store when I need buy more shoes!

   Terrible quality and service , paid the leather shoes price ! But one is leather , one is not !when I back to shop for change the shoes , the Sylvia park store islander sales very rough ! Impolite ! Refuse change for me ! Also use evil eyes watch me ! So terrible service !
