Such a friendly set of staff at this store. I needed to change a hoodie I had purchased online and it was not a bother at all. Both staff dealing with this exchange being sent back to a store up north, were caring that I received the exchanged product and even remembered me. Wow! Can’t go past that for excellent service - thanks so much.
I visited this store the other day not sure the name of the check out operator )but it was in my words after been greeting with a smile as I. entered the shop then informed me that she would be available to assist if needed then quickly went about her business serving a another customer that was also in shop i thank her very much I did manage to find what I was after,
Daughter had wanted crocs for a long time, found the last pair that was available at Stirling sports and got them for her for Xmas, explained shoe size and the person in store recommended a certain size, sadly come Xmas day they didn't fit, contacted the store to arrange a swap however they are not accepting the brand new crocs because they don't have a price tag, make sure any items you get from here have a price tag or you won't be able to return it even with a receipt. How hard is it to stick a new price tag on?
Visited Porirua Stirling Sports on black Friday and even though there was only 1 staff member and 3 other customers in store I was asked if I needed assistance, it was an enjoyable experience. After leaving I returned to make a second purchase. Skyla, you were the best and I will most certainly return again soon. Cheers.

I absolutely love this store, staff are always happy regardless the type of day they have been having. Also without a miss I am always buying clothes or shoes from them love the new look of the store too
pretty shocking service (or lack of it), crew need some training on customer service and how to help customers with kids in choosing right shoes and sizing.
