After a bad experience at another kennel (where she returned after 4 nights with bloody stool, coughing, and lethargy), I was very anxious about this stay. However, from the moment we were greeted by the staff, I felt reassured by the professionalism and warmth of the team. They have well-trained staff, experienced dog handlers, and a smooth, well-managed system. During her stay, I could see daily photos of her on Facebook, which was such a comfort! When I picked her up after 4 nights, I could tell she had a great time. Most importantly, her diet, bowel movements, and overall energy were completely normal when she returned home! “Very grateful to Creature Comforts for looking after our two doggos for nearly 4 weeks, one of them was recovering from an infected wound on drop off. Unfortunately they’re not too active on social media so we couldn’t stalk our dogs while overseas, but communication from the start was great and they reached out to us when they had concerns and contacted the local vet appropriately. We appreciated how food is included in the lodging and the dogs were washed on pick up. Will definitely use them again in the future”

Our dog does not normally like going to the groomers however after her first visit she didn’t seem to want to leave! “We regularly use these kennels for our two dogs and have always found it a positive experience. The owner and staff are so accommodating with our bookings and any specific requests. Our dogs love staying there and become so excited as soon as we get to the driveway. There is a large grassed area where the dogs are let out of their kennels several times a day and socialised with other similar sized dogs. The food is of a high quality or you are welcome to bring your own. The dogs come home clearly having been well cared for by the passionate and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend using Pet2us.”
