Our dog Cooper is well looked after at WAGS. He is always eager to go in for his Doggy DayCare. Plus when he has had to stay for a few nights we do not have any problems with him when he comes home. Very happy with the care and service. Louise & Poutu

New to dog ownership, I dropped off my dog at Wags Pet Hotel, anxious about how he would cope with his week away from home. I was greeted by an unsmiling staff member and was not asked anything about my dogs nature around dogs and people, his routine nor preferences, which I was expecting as a first time customer. As I started telling the staff about how my dog may be fearful because he was a rescue, and had already been placed in 3 different homes in the past year, they appeared indifferent to his circumstances. As I went to say goodbye to my dog they grabbed the lead and briskly walked him out the back saying β€˜It’s best not to make a fuss’. I requested a tour of the facility but was told it was not possible. Based on this brief interaction with the staff, I have met strangers on the street that have given my dog more attention. They did not make eye contact with him, or talk to him. The simply took him and then asked for payment. These people may have once had a passion for caring for animals, but they are now at a point where they are just running through the motions. The final thing I was asked was β€˜He doesn’t jump fences does he?’ To which I replied no, but which made me even more worried, as surely a registered kennel would have fences high enough so dogs could not get over them? Relieved to get my dog safely home after the holidays, I will not be returning to this kennel, based on my experiences outlined above.

Amazing place to take your doggos (and kitties). Took my puppy for a sleepover while we went away, and she absolutely loved it! I especially love the photos they provide on social media, which helps with the separation anxiety (mine - not the dogs). Will be taking her back soon for some doggo daycare socialisation and overnight stays. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.

Once again we have just picked up our two small dogs, Molly and Manly after a 3 week stay at Wags Pet Hotel. They are in superb conditioner after being shampooed and groomed. The staff are so helpful and always friendly, we really appreciate the care they give our fur babies. Totally recommend Wags!

Love this place! Staff are super friendly and helpful. We come from Wellington and our dog gets super excited as soon as we get to Levin, she is always super happy to get there and when we see her. They do a great job bathing and clipping her nails. She has stayed three times now and we will def be back!

I can't say enough how happy I am we made the switch and came here with our pup for doggy daycare. She adores it and the staff are brilliant so involved true animal lover's! Little certificates for the dogs and everything. Couldn't ask for more. Keep it up wags! You guy's are the best!!

Took my two Irish Setters to Wags for their haircuts and very happy with the result. Listened to how I wanted them trimmed and did as I asked.
