Doctor Simon Clarke is nothing short of a delight. His dedication, pride, integrity and intelligence is unmeasurable. Our dog has recently been diagnosed with a terminal illness, I went to see Shanaka at Pet Doctors to seek a second opinion/clarification on the diagnosis. Whilst the situation for us is really sad both myself and our dog were treated with great empathy and care with really gentle helpful advice around end of life care. I was not rushed through the appointment, instead given all the time needed so I had full clarity on how to move forward . Facing the loss of a pet is always difficult but I left feeling reassured and more knowledgeable . I can’t thank Shanaka enough for his time and advice.
Fantastic vet practice. We have 2 cats who unfortunately need to visit quite frequently - one with a chronic condition and one who is very accident prone. Knowledgeable and compassionate vets, vet nurses and reception staff. Always have seen us promptly when needed, even in busy holiday times. Convenient hours too.
