   Our Dog Kai absolutely loves PAWSS and so do we, you cannot go wrong leaving your pet with them. The staff are absolutely amazing, they care for your pet as you do at home. Thanks to all the team, Kai will miss you guys so much, we will be sure to bring him back for a visit.

   We left Cashew here whilst away on holiday. We loved the daily updates. Cashew was so well cared for and looked like she enjoyed her stay. We even leave her for daycare and adventure walks.

   The best team here and fully recommend to furby lovers. Our honey ball Bailey had an intro day on Friday and he was in Doggy Heaven! He is part of the Retirement Village pack and this is suited to him perfectly. He also got a Welcome to the Pack with a sterling report card and some treats too for being a good boy. This is a very interactive and friendly environment and well organised and supportive of the wide cross section of dog personalities, ages and needs. So excited that our dog can do what a dog does! It’s great for mental health (exploring, walks and play) as well as social skills. We have been impressed right from the first phone call and this has been a life changing experience for our precious family member. He is currently spending a week boarding and getting into routine. Kudos to the team for keeping owners updated with photos of every single furby (including the Cattery and other furbies there too). It’s really comforting to see their happy faces while they are home away from home - great pics! If your fur baby is on meds that is also done. Thank you so very much for taking care of our boy - the hardest part is picking him up and taking him home!

   Poco absolutely loved her stay at Pets At Whitford Spa & Stay! After a bad experience at another kennel (where she returned after 4 nights with bloody stool, coughing, and lethargy), I was very anxious about this stay. However, from the moment we were greeted by the staff, I felt reassured by the professionalism and warmth of the team. They have well-trained staff, experienced dog handlers, and a smooth, well-managed system. During her stay, I could see daily photos of her on Facebook, which was such a comfort! When I picked her up after 4 nights, I could tell she had a great time. Most importantly, her diet, bowel movements, and overall energy were completely normal when she returned home! I highly recommend Pets At Whitford Spa & Stay! Thank you so much, and we’ll be back!

   Terrible first time experience. My dog was given back to me with eye infections in BOTH eyes which went unnoticed by the staff (photos posted on FB showed that she had yellow eye gunk a few days before pickup), scratches on her belly, an upset stomach that took a few days to recover from (a sign that she had eaten something she wasn't meant to) and was so physically exhausted that she had to sleep for 48hrs straight (after telling the staff to give her breaks from playing otherwise she wouldn't stop). On top of this, I had paid for extra grooming services (shower and nails clipped) on day of pick up, and she smelt bad and her nails had barely been trimmed when she was collected. Safe to say I DO NOT recommend this kennel and will not be sending my dog there again.

   A five star place for your pet. Bella spent 9 days there and had an absolute ball with her fur friends. Love the daily pix which reassures your animal is having a great time. Highly recommend as a great place to not only take care of your dog but to wear them out too!!

   Brilliant Experience! My dog Damon stayed here for 3 weeks, while I was overseas. They uploaded his pictures every day on Facebook. I was so at peace with him being in this daycare. His paw got infected, they took him to vet immediately and took great care of him. No doubt, this is the best daycare in Newzealand. Cheers to the most amazing staff of Pets At Whitford Spa & Stay.

   Excellent service! Our cat stayed for 5 weeks while we were traveling overseas. She had a great time, came home looking super healthy and happy. The cattery was spotless and had lots of activities to keep the cats busy. The daily facebooks updates gave us great peace of mind.
