Picked up my little boy today from his groom and his nail had been cut so short it was bleeding in the reception area. This is quite upsetting and we will not be bringing him back. Though his haircut was good, the service was less than ideal and the place is quite filthy.
We noticed that the old groomers had gone and there was a new grooming and day care business set up (Pet House), so we decided to give it another go. We are SO glad we did!! The staff were absolutely lovely, super friendly and our dogs felt instantly at ease. Their grooms were great and they even managed to get their teeth cleaned and nails trimmed without issue! Plus they have some really cool dog clothes (see the pics attached), and we love that the dogs can run around afterwards and aren’t kept in cages. We’ve booked them in for regular grooms through till Christmas!
My 6 month young little guy got lucky when we got treated to Pet House today. The team treated him with great care. Made everything work for him easily and trimmed his nails which a vet Could only do previously. I'm thrilled about the results. Thank you for everything
Iv tried a few dog grooming places for my labradoodle but the Kohi Pet House has been by far the best grooming service. The owner is very friendly and obviously loves dogs so i feel very happy leaving my dog there. The Pet House is next to Madills Farm so its handy for exercising my dog before or after her salon treatment. Thank you for the beautiful grooming service.
First time visiting Pet House with our Maltese/Shitzhu cross and this will now be her regular groomers. Our dog does not normally like going to the groomers however after her first visit she didn’t seem to want to leave! Lots of love and cuddles given to her, good communication around what we wanted and the end result was fabulous - best cut ever! Happy dog and owners. Thank you .
We took our fur babies to Pet House for a groom. They came out looking fresh, smells wonderful and well groomed. This is the second time we’ve used them and they never disappoint, well priced and very friendly.
