First time in a kennel for my dogs and they were happy and healthy when I picked them up. Friendly staff that make you feel comfortable and went out of their way to sort out an issue with one of the dogs medication.
Our boys love their visits. They get to share a kennel with great out doors access. They always come home worn out from all the fun and running around with the other guests. And all very reasonably priced. They're a great team at big paws.
I cannot rate the facility and staff high enough! I spent a few weeks with the team doing some volunteer work. I was very impressed with the conditions, the handling of animals and the team working well together. Your pet is well looked after at Big Paw!
The best place for my doggo! He loves coming here and you can see all the staff love their job and animals they look after.
They really do care about your pets and attention to detail. Our dogs have stayed overnight a number of times now and loved i!
I’ve used Big Paw Pet Lodge for one overnight stay and a few nights stay and my dog seems to like it. Affordable pricing for big dogs is a win. Nice staff.

Our dog loves going here both for doggy day care and longer stays. What is most appreciated is the prompt communication around booking in and the flexibility the team has if our plans have changed. Keep up the good work.
Great experience, highly recommend! I've had a bad experience with another, different kennel so I was so happy to see my dog fit, healthy and so happy after her stay. Angela was very helpful and even gave me a tour around. Good value for money too. Very thankful for their care and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again!
