Maui loves Metros, and so do we! Nicola and her team are so easy-going, always give Maui heaps of love, and their socials are such a cool touch. When we head out of town, he happily checks into the luxury hotel and we know he’s genuinely well cared for every time.
The staff here are absolutely wonderful. My dog Honey is quite anxious and usually struggles with new people and places, but the staff made her comfortable and at ease straight away. She has had a huge confidence boost ever since that first day there, and is now happy with car rides and other things she used to be scared of. Amazing team and amazing service.
This place is fantastic. Our pup loves going to spend the day and has also spent many nights in the hotel. He is well cared for and adored by staff. They show lots of care and attention to all the animals and the facility is wonderfully kept. The perfect place to take your doggo knowing they will be in great hands and kept entertained and socialized. We plan to continue to use the facility for many many years to come and highly recommend to any furbaby parents. Thanks team for taking such great care of our Marley. We love the team at Metro and George reassuringly seems to love them more than us cannot wait to be there for day stays or boarding. He was so little 7 yrs ago on his first visit and has been enjoying the best of care ever since. So Grateful. Maureen & Craig
Our furbaby absolutely loves coming to Metro Paws. We've recently put her into the hotel for a couple of nights and it was such a relief knowing that she had some wonderful people looking after her. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Great facilities, super friendly and accommodating staff that go above and beyond for your pets. My dogs LOVE going here. Gives me great peace of mind knowing when I go away on holiday that my dogs are safe, cared for and having heaps of fun!
Great place, staff and management are awesome, honest, and caring. My French Bulldog always comes home happy after either grooming or overnight stay. He is never hesitant entering the property which tells me he is happy to be there. The staff know him by name, and treat him like their own. Highly recommend Metro Paws for all the services they provide.
We decided to put our puppy here while we went away for 12 days. It was giving me huge anxiety as our puppy is quite fearful of new people. The team here are simply amazing and super caring! Nicole and Valeria were amazing dog whisperers with my pup and we received updates from almost all of the team who were all amazing while we were away! It was comforting to know he was ok and in the care of people who would look after him. We started with a few days of daycare which I highly recommend! Couldn’t speak higher of the place and wouldn’t let my boy stay anywhere else…. Thanks Metro Paws for looking after our fur baby so we could enjoy a nice relaxing well overdue vacation overseas!!
