   Popped in today to find new owners (been a while since I visited) have taken over. Family run affair and they're busy improving things. Had a great chat with staff, friendly, helpful and chatty. Great bunch of people and stoked that they're now doing live fish shipping. They went to great lengths to explain how they have improved conditions, water etc for the fish and, therefore, have quality stock. Look forward to going back and thanks for the mountain minnows and tadpoles.

   I love the shop and the variety in stock. This is our go to fish shopping stop! There is just one thing that erks me. There is this older lady there, that immediately tells the kids off if they tap a glass. I don't have time to explain to my kid why not to do that, and by the way, he's 3! So it bothers me if you speak to my baby like that. It was such a light tap, that didn't warrant that response. And kids do that at that age. They need this exposure to learn not to... but to sternly be told off by a grumpy adult. I don't like that one bit. Then don't make it a family place. But love the other staff, love the variety, and the owner is a lovely guy! We go there almost weekly, so I want my kids to feel comfortable there. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

   Always have Great service every time I go in! Also wanted to mention I brought a female budgie a few years back and she’s already had a clutch of 4 successful eggs she’s doing great. Also wanting to stop in on Sunday and grab a water Lily and a lotus plant and will hopefully review those as well

   I want to give the biggest thanks to Emma who groomed Yasha for me while I was home on holiday in Rotorua. You're the best and am happy to say Yasha is now living the best life with her new owner and family who took her only days after she was groomed. If anyone is looking for a great groomer, hit up Emma at Wonderworld.

   Beautiful, large pet shop - mice, hamsters, birds and a huge aquarium. They allow you to bring in your dogs☺️ Great advice for dog medicine and food. Always fantastic, friendly service from all of the staff. Good parking and wheelchair accessible
