Excellent and friendly service with great knowledge and advice in regards to nutritional requirements and overall care for your pet. From Guppies to Great Danes these guys have got you sorted. A fabulous New Zealand family owned and operated local business.

   I've got a wonderful little dog that had horrible tummy problems. I'd been backwards and forwards to the vet with no luck. Just $$$, pills and expensive food. My dog had an appointment with Happy Animalz to having her nails cared for. (By the way best nail care ever) I asked if they had any ideas what i could do about her tummy problems. I was given the best advice dietary wise ever, and now have a happy tummy dog. And I'm happy too, as I don't have to clean up the runny number 2s through my home anymore.

   I was going to buy a rabbit so I went inside and looked around we walked out and waited for my mum to reply about the rabbits, we walked back in to the shop and I ask if I could take one out to see what one I wanted, she said no rolled her eyes and walked away then turned back around and ask if me and my friend were vaping then started lecturing us saying that it’s bad for us and when we smelt like it and when we left the smell went away she said. She also cut is off while we were talking and rolled her eyes multiple times. We were caught off guard because why would a stranger randomly ask us that. Overall they were rude but the animals are to die for! But I will not be purchasing anything from the shop again because of how bad they treated us.

   Amazing people. The lady had a great wealth of knowledge regarding pet foods. We went to buy some bunnies from them today. They had everything’s we needed. She gave us so much advice. I would definitely recommend them, so friendly and helpful. I felt so important. She took her time, and I didn’t feel like “just another customer”
