“was served quickly, although there was a few pushy customers when it came to queuing up but cashier was kind. stock was plentiful and good deals going at the time. aisles are wide which is very convenient for shoppers passing by. overall a nice experience for first time visit”

“I use the delivery option...the personal shoppers are always very good at substituting items that are out of stock and also when there's free samples, they're good at making judgements and choosing based on the rest of my shopping. The delivery people are very nice too, my dog yells at them but they calm her down by chatting to her through the door. Using the delivery saver is cheaper than it would be for me to travel there and I don't have to carry anything up/down stairs or hills”

Our 3 year old had an accident at Bunnings Petone on the weekend and the staff were so incredible - knew the process,everyone helped accordingly and followed up with a phone call later that day and a gift sent via post. Couldn’t have felt better looked after and cared for - thank you team !!”

Because they have staff that are abundant , available , friendly helpful & kind ... The specials are often far better value than the others . The policy of refund & replacement is seldom called upon but when it is the result is immediate which insures customer satisfaction . The wheelchair one may borrow suits this old biker who enjoys visiting his friends that are friends”

“A quick visit to this reasonably brand new supermarket. Lights have been added on the corner of the main road to allow ease of access by cars, etc.. Busy place, and there's a pharmacy. Car parking is tight, so take care.”

The shelves were stocked with everything from buttery croissants to fruit-filled Danishes, and each item was carefully placed to make it easy to choose. “Don't usually go in here to shop but was in the area so hopped in for some GF things with my okker son. Oh my ... Yr bakery has a huge range of all the things we're NOT allowed to eat. If their prices weren't so high in there, I would def get my grocs there, but alas way too expensive. Love the shop itself though as it's clean and signage is gd. Large range of lots of items. Any chance Countdown you could drop those prices by at least 20% ?”
