   Used click and collect, my order was not ready as stated in the text. I was given spinach leaves that expires tomorrow but looks like it is already off today, yellow, and squishy. Given one giant kumera that will have to be used all in one go instead of overxa few meal like a few normal sized kumera. The meat was in date but all expires either tomorrow or in 2 days. Won't be coming back.

   Tired, dirty and full of weeds. Staff constantly getting in the way with trolleys, blocking shelves. The only thing that makes this one worth going to is the fact the one down the road is full of rats.

   Where do I begin.... Staff need training in etique and manners. Informed a staff member of expired product. He put it back on the Shelf!! Apalling customer service. I was using a knee scooter after recent surgery. No assistance offered from staff, At checkout, was struggling with groceries, Checkout operator more interested in flirting with other customers behind me than offer assistance, and took no care, when packing my groceries. I Used online shopping on a regular basis, Never again!!! Staff do not check use-by dates on perishable items, frequently received short dated products and incorrect or missed bags. I worked at a rival supermarket for 7 years, therefore have experience in retail and expect decent sevice . I am disgusted with the lack of training. The older staff used to be OK but I find the new checkout staff rude and incompetent. I now avoid this supermarket at all costs, . Even though it is my closest supermarket. I have written to the store manager. No response.

   Long checkout queues and not enough self check out terminals. The store needs to be knocked down and real built. Very dated. For a much money as Countdown makes on a daily basis....more money needs to be put back in the store
