   Worst click & delivery service ever !! On the Sunday, 8th of December I saw an ad for a 50 inch TV at a great price, I checked the Dunedin Store Website and it was in stock. Instead of collecting, I decided to do the Click & delivery. BIG MISTAKE. LONG, LONG, story short ... Finally got the TV delivered on the 19th of December !! The online chat was a joke, every time ( at all different times ) it said "There is no person to chat to" . The 0800 number was a bigger joke. I called on the Minute it was open in the morning to get a message saying "There was over 1 HOUR WAIT ?, but I was 2nd in the queue ???, I sat on the phone for 20 minutes, and the message never changed, and no one answered. Called the Store several times over the 11 days to try and locate the "in stock:" TV, and got a different story every time. Awful experience.

   Went there to get some flat sheets for my bed. It was around half past ten, and people usually get tired after ten. But some of the staff were still up for their jobs, saying hello and goodbye, helping others who in need. Awesome place.

   We love the product variety and the low prices. I’ve been there at least once a month since a long time. Lately it’s started becoming a bit packed with more shelves and aisles getting added continuously, it’s becoming a bit tight to wheel your cart around. But the service is always great. And the click and collect very convenient. The customer toilets though could be a little bit better.

   I went to warehouse tonight after I had just clocked out of work as per usual. I finish late so sometimes warehouse is the only store I can go to to get a couple of last minute items so it makes it very convenient for me. I am a local and only 2 min drive from warehouse & I know that warehouse closes at 12 midnight. I also know that some of the staff there are very strict about closing time (don’t blame them) but I think it was extremely unfair to have showed up at the warehouse around 12:52 and it was already shut. I looked in the window while standing outside and tried signalling and pointing to my phone to one of the staff members inside that it was exactly 12:53 and it’ll only take me 2 mins since I was in desperate need to get cat food. The staff member didn’t bother to come out and talk to me she just shrugged as if they couldn’t do anything about it. They were all standing around in their jackets ready to go home which is completely understandable but this is the first time i had come in before closing time that this has happened. There was also a man who arrived the same time as me and said he needed something and would only take 1 min. We were both very disappointed. I have worked in customer service before and i know what it’s like having to deal with customers that aren’t out of the building before closing time but it makes no sense to shut the store 8 mins before (could’ve been longer as I’m sure they shut well before that). If staff are aloud to shut the store at whatever time they please then i don’t think its appropriate for the website to have the closing hours at exactly 12 midnight. I’ll definitely be having a word with the boss as I need to know whether this would be a reoccurring thing. Very unprofessional. I wasn’t able to get my cat food unfortunately & my cat is obviously my biggest priority so I was very gutted about that. I’m 23 and not one to leave reviews or complaints but cmon warehouse.. do better.

   Went today with my friend and found there was one particular staff member who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Yelling at me to pick up items that I hadn’t even touched and that someone else had left on the floor. She then continued to walk upto a colleague and talk about the situation whilst staring me down with a snarky look on her face. I will not be returning to the warehouse south Dunedin for a while after this. Awful service would not recommend.

   I find it easy to get around with my wheelchair ♿. Nice big aisles. Lots of things I enjoy to buy. Stationary and craft supplies. Books and other stuff.

   Staff are friendly and helpful. So much nicer shopping in person than on the internet. Good variety of goods to buy. Today I was looking for curtains. There were some nice choices but we will take samples of carpet and wallpaper to get a good match with us next time rather than questing.
