"Hey"....if you ever wanna get meat ie steak or any meat special, . Forget about it because they always are out of stock! If you ask someone about it, no one knows anything. Cameron rd store is way better! Come on Faser cove store, lift ur game!
What is happening to this Fraser Cove, Tauranga store? Since the rebranding, the meat selection is appalling, the deli is often low/limited stock. Clearing there is ordering issues (I feel sorry for the deli staff). The bakery is in name only. Where is the fresh fish? Staff are restocking in the middle of the day. Two check-out operators open - if you are lucky. Different grocery lines disappearing. This store with it's wide customer friendly aisles has always been a premier location. Not now. Come on NZ you're better than this! Do they not want our custom? Because you are forcing us to shop elsewhere.
Lots of parking available and itβs conveniently located near where I live, which makes it easy to do quick grocery runs. I came here just before 9 PM on a Sunday β not many people around, not too busy, which I like. The produce and bakery sections were nearly empty by then, but the rest of the store was still well stocked and tidy. If youβre after fresh fruits, veggies, or bakery goods, Iβd recommend coming earlier in the day. Overall, a convenient and reliable place to shop.
Great parking. Great selection of product. Great Pharmacy. Great staff. Great blockages in the aisles. Why is the shop being restocked in the middle of the day in such a way that blocks the aisles? I was trying to get through an aisle around big crates that are a health and safety issue to the public and the guy stocking the shelf moves his box, totally blocking me and he couldn't have cared less. I ended up having to u-turn because he wouldn't move it. Thoughtless as. This used to be an awesome supermarket, but whoever is 'managing' it needs to change things.
What is happening to this store! Empty untidy shelves. This is a big store, servicing a big part of the community, I often shop there and noticing the store getting worse in the past few months, out of stock items on a regular basis. Hope to see improvement with the new name rebrand.

Excellent Customer Services and inviting courteous Staff, hours are designed for the busy customer after normal business hours for shopping always a pleasant visit.
Don't usually go in here to shop but was in the area so hopped in for some GF things with my okker son. Oh my ... Yr bakery has a huge range of all the things we're NOT allowed to eat. If their prices weren't so high in there, I would def get my grocs there, but alas way too expensive. Love the shop itself though as it's clean and signage is gd. Large range of lots of items. Any chance Countdown you could drop those prices by at least 20% ?
Busy as hell but the checkout staff are pretty darned fast.
