   I live nearby Chartwell mall and being there many times. Most of the time , I enjoyed shopping . But the Indian counter charged wrongly on me and after I rise the issue she is still telling me it is correct. One of the staff came and found the issue and refund me overcharge money by cash. I have experienced in Rotutona Woolworth last year by overcharged by Indian counter. I am not being racist by the ethnicity but I don’t want to let other good staff being misunderstanding.

   Disgusting service at the self check out, askarn the Indian security guard, is incompetent at explaining points of id as he was inconsiderate and disrespectful towards me and my mother and partner, I feel as if he should be given a review about his company service as this was disrespectful and disgusting I will not be back at countdown chartwall….

   I recently visited Woolworths Chartwell in Hamilton, NZ, and I was thoroughly impressed by their bakery section. As someone who enjoys fresh bread and baked goods, the moment I stepped into the bakery area, I was greeted by the irresistible scent of freshly baked bread and pastries. The entire section was inviting, and the layout made it easy to browse and pick out exactly what I wanted. The bakery was exceptionally well-organized, with a wide variety of items displayed neatly. There was an impressive selection of freshly baked bread, ranging from traditional loaves to specialty options like sourdough and multigrain. The breads were beautifully arranged, and it was clear they had just come out of the oven, with a perfect golden-brown color and soft texture. The variety made it easy to find something for every taste, and everything looked incredibly fresh. The pastries were equally impressive, with an assortment of sweet and savory options. The shelves were stocked with everything from buttery croissants to fruit-filled Danishes, and each item was carefully placed to make it easy to choose. I particularly appreciated how the bakery section was not cluttered, and the items were placed in a way that highlighted their freshness. The labels were also clear, making it simple to find what I was looking for. The staff in the bakery were friendly and approachable, offering assistance and helping me with some product recommendations. The overall atmosphere was clean, and the area was well-maintained, which made shopping for baked goods an enjoyable experience. Overall, my visit to Woolworths Chartwell was fantastic. The bakery section alone made it worth the trip, and I will definitely be returning to grab more fresh and delicious baked goods in the future!

   Very hard to find anything in that countdown. I felt like there is no organization in the isles nor is there any staff around to help you find items. Disappointing really considering the great mall they are appart of. It looks cluttered and surprisingly dull and unclean.

   Nice big store, plenty of room to move around the store, and all the food you need is at yr fingertips. The staff were nice and friendly I met a lady on checkout who has a pet bunny named Toby lol. The place is nice and clean, also plenty of parking outside for everyone. Go check them out
