“The Korean people are well known worldwide for their kindness and respect, but this place takes it to another level. The service was absolutely flawless, the food and coffee were delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It might be a bit hidden, but it’s definitely a gem worth discovering. “I know they are not perfect. But it is worth it for me to give 5 stars. You can enjoy all you can eat delicious Indian foods from starter to dessert. Enjoy the goat or lamb until full, chicken and lot of curry's. The chicken biryani was so delicious. And also free to eat naan bread. It was only 20 dollars for weekdays. Make sure that you are hungry enough. Great staff hospitality, they are fast and helpful. For you Moslem people, this restaurant is HALAL”

“I don't know whether it was just my lucky day but I walked straight in and up to the counter at VTNZ. I had lost my Driver's Licence. Within approx 5 minutes flat I had a temporary licence issued, a photograph for a new licence taken and a vision test done. I walked out a happy woman.”

“I recently dined at Nando's Courtenay Place in Wellington, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The whole chicken I ordered was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The accompanying french fries were crispy and seasoned just right. One of the standout features of Nando's was their impressive variety of sauces. Each one brought a unique and delicious flavor profile to the meal. It was a treat to experiment and find the perfect combination to complement my dish. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious, well-prepared food in a comfortable and welcoming setting.”

“What a gem! The staff is so kind and friendly, and it’s really clean. The location couldn’t be better, we enjoyed the peacefulness and the sunsets (amazing). Just outside of town with great views of the Waikato. The pool is a sweet treat, too! Bonus! They even had a space to plug in an EV! I hope more EV users find this lovely location. I’d stay here again.”

“Excellent. Because there were a few prescriptions before me, there was a small wait; however this would be expected in most pharmacies. Friendly staff and half price prescription fees compared to other pharmacies. Would go again with hesitation.”

“We had the most wonderful experience today at the clinic. Despite not being able to make contact via the phone at the start, I was called back and had an appointment made promptly. Not only that, but when we arrived we were appointed Dentist Rehutai, who recognised that we spoke Te Reo Māori and adapted to speak to my children and I in Te Reo. It was a truly calming and inviting experience. Our whānau feel very fortunate to have our local children's dentist acknowledge our tuakiritanga and also it left us feeling empowered and inspired by our wāhine Māori who are healthcare providers as they create a space that is safe for us to be Māori and that our needs are met. Tēnā rā koutou”

“Went today Mondsy 23. Fir a MRI. Was extremely nervous as I m extremely claustrophobic. We convinced that even with anxiety pills I would no be able to go through with it. But was talked through it .advised that my fears were not unusual. And my feeling ashamed was ok, but not necessary. Any way thanks to all job done, and whats great is that so much anxiety seems to have gone. This 77 yr old feels like I'm a lot stronger mind wise, can't thank you enough. Richard Dahlberg.”

“Great stay as the area was quiet and the apartment was clean and spacious. However, the cloth line was broken and the bathroom door could not be closed fully, leaving a gap that could see through the bath area. Worth noting that the check-in was at a different place but, the communication was great and we received reminders, directions & instructions for the check-in the day before.”

THE CRUST! you just want to finish that last nibble too there's something unique about the after taste of that crust that hits the back , sides and front of my palate and the efficient staff help to make that happen. I wont even consider going to Pizza Hutt anymore my partner still wasting her time selling that idea and definitely not the supermarket pizzas >urgh”

“I had read alot online before coming here and I must say they are very good hosts and although there could be a couple minor things worked on overall we've enjoyed a relaxing stay while we wait for our baby to arrive. The hotel offers accommodation for people who have family etc at the hospital and the free shuttle service to and from the hospital is great. Awesome staff very friendly and polite and not over bearing or intrusive at all. I recommend this motel/lodge to anyone looking for a relaxed no hassle stay.”

“I was very impressed with City Suites accommodation when I stayed there recently. A nice host, who dealt patiently with my lack of technology knowledge. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom, and a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment. The huge bed was very welcoming, and as soon as my head hit the pillows, I slept like a log until woken by alarm clock in the morning. A big plus was the locked basement carpark, and a lift to help get my luggage to my room on first floor. Not only that, there were also luggage trolleys like at airports, which I've never come across before at accommodation, and both the trolley and lift were a great relief for me as senior lady. Also I felt very safe when I had to go to my car at 11pm for something that I'd forgotten. Another bonus was that it was just a short walk to the Cafe on the Strand for a delicious breakfast and nice view of the sea. I recommend you try them too. All in all I'd love to stay at City Suites again, and highly recommend it to others. It's well deserving of the five stars I'm giving it. Thank you city suites for a very pleasant stay!”
