   Have ordered with these guys many times and spent a few hundred dollars here and never had any issues issue. However, placed an order of 2 vape juices and a pack of pods on feb18 and have not received any information on it. Have emailed over a dozen times but an AI replies every time and then says they will pass it onto the relevant team which then I never get a response from. Getting pretty frustrated, have called and number rings and no answer and then you call back and says number is unavailable. Happy to change my review once product gets sent or refund gets done. If not, I will be seeking legal advice as this is unacceptable. It’s ashame, always liked shopping with you guys.

   The staff and service are great. Many of the websites I've used before allow their stock of my particular brand to lie unstocked for weeks but not this one. Their poor retail assistant in Mount Eden also managed to serve me with such politeness despite the fact that I was in a short term park outside, couldn't manage to get off a work call and could hardly speak to her. She was so lovely about it. Top marks to all.

   Excellent service replaced the vape juice as i didn't like it and replaced the caps as i was given the wrong ones no charge amazing service all done immediately so unlike the franchise stores they will definitely have me as a loyal customer and will spread the word.    This 'organisation' sold illegal and toxic material to my 14 year old daughter without proper verification of her age then willingly shipped it to a locked parcel in Australia. They continued to send marketing material to her email address after I requested cancellation of the order and account. These people are one of the main reasons why we have an ongoing problem of nicotine addiction (that is more likely to lead to other addictions) amongst teenagers, a problem we have tried so hard deal with over the last 3-4 decades. Disgusting. ZERO STARS
