    I'm refusing to come back here despite it being the easiest choice for posting items and getting snacks near my work. They damaged the goods in my parcel by shoving it into the box without any care, despite me having packaged it perfectly beforehand. They then lied about having tape to fix the damage they caused. Just honestly rude service, I was so so upset at the damage they caused. Signage on which customs forms to use is also non existent.

    This shop is overcharging their customers. This has been ongoing for awhile as they are the only NZ post service closest to the embassies in Thorndon. They know this and they take advantage of this position by overpricing their services. Yesterday, I bought a small courier bag from them and was charged $12.50. The RRP for small courier bag is $9.50. Other NZ Post centres I have been to before only ever charges the RRP. This is not my only negative experience with them. I have also tried their photocopy services (again for a document for an embassy) and I was charged $1/page. That’s about 3-4x the price of other shops. If you can buy NZ post bags and other services elsewhere, I recommend that you do if you do not want to pay bloated prices for these items and sservices

    Lady here was very rude. Tells me off for using the self checking machine one time, tells me off for not using it the next time.

    Best multi minimart store in Wellington City. These guys have everything from Lotto, fresh food, groceries, pies to a full size NZ Post Shop. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

    Confusion over what items are for sale and what are available for customer use in the courier parcel section. Forced us to buy a roll of tape that appeared to be free for the use of those packing their goods.
