I recently stayed in this room and, unfortunately, had a very uncomfortable experience. There were quite a few spiders and insects, and the beds and sofa didnβt feel clean, which caused itching throughout my stay. Iβm sharing this respectfully, but I wouldnβt be able to recommend this place based on my experience.
Awesome place. Central to everything. Clean, tidy. superb place to stay in. Management are awesome. Friendly, take time to have a korero genuine awesome people and excellent service. Highly recommend
The communication from the property was on point and it has a great location. Rooms are clean, spacious and tidy, however, it does feel a little tired, the beds could do with upgrading as it felt like we were on a bouncy castle whenever one of us moved, and it would be better to have more than just 3 channels on the TV.
Great environment, hospitality good ,rooms fair ,price bit steep ,how ever was the only available motel at the time
A comfortable, family friendly vibe motel. Staff are very attentive if you require help. The hours on the door are practical as even motel families need family time. I have no complaints about this place. I loved my stay. For me it was a home away from home. Very clean.
The owner was very nice! The room smelt like smoke.the shower pressure was very poor.cobwebs on top of toilet ceiling what made it worse big cockroach on the bed we slept on. we were out the door by 7am
Well what can we say.... we still have two nights here and we seriously feel like going home. The water pressure in the shower makes you feel like you can't use soap cause it will not come off. There are cobwebs all through the room, I had to wash all the dishes so they were actually clean. One of the windows in the room you can close so the room is not secure. The blind on the front door is half a meter short, God knows when the carpet was last cleaned. Would love to ask for our money back for the next two nights but I know we won't get it. Never again.
Last minute arrival and they were more than happy to accommodate ! The place is modern, clean and central to everything. Stopped in for 1 night on the way down from Auckland via Coromandel. Friendly and quiet.
