Seemed like emergency housing and very insecure! Had people trying to enter our room at all hours of the night and then partyβs at the other rooms where you could hear everything. A random knife/slice hole in the kitchen sink. The fridge in the bedroom/lounge and the very dirty bathroom ceiling. Would never recommend

Older motel. Everything was clean and tidy but few small things which put it more in ideal place for work people needing a bed. Bed was good. Shower had a high instep which makes it difficult for older people. Seems to be in process of refurbishing it, so give it some time to get everything done.

Was a bit unsure at first due to some of the reviews, but we actually had a really good stay. Paid a $100 bond on arrival (better than the $200 we were initially told). Check-in and out was at a nearby motel a few blocks away, which was fine. Now that weβve actually been in this apartment, I can understand why they require a bond. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Comfy beds , handy little kitchenette , and the location was spot on close to everything. A few things to note - shower pressure could be better considering its winter and quite chilly. Id recommend bringing a little heater for the front room, as the big AC unit in the lounge isnβt enough to warm that area. All up, a solid stay. Great stay as the area was quiet and the apartment was clean and spacious. However, the cloth line was broken and the bathroom door could not be closed fully, leaving a gap that could see through the bath area. Worth noting that the check-in was at a different place but, the communication was great and we received reminders, directions & instructions for the check-in the day before.

Seemed friendly on arrival, place seemed clean, shower was run down and definitely mold on base board. The door between the shower and kitchen didn't close properly. It did meet everything we needed for our stay. However as we had to check out early we paid by card for our deposit to be sent back, that didn't happen as they claimed that some one urinated in one of the rooms and stained the bed. I had checked both properties before I left and they were fine. Checkout was at 10am. The photos were taken at 10.02 on the day we checked out along with our neighbour's as we were leaving together. We had watched the cleaning staff the day before they arrived at 10 and it took them half hour in each room so am wondering how they managed to finish room 1 and 2 in 2 minutes and get to room 3. Anyway I recommend if you stay here make sure you video from the moment you arrive and check all the beds for stains and take photos and the same when you leave making sure you capture the room number.

Pros: sky tv, beds are ok, and has space, has heatpump, lady at reception was nice though. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi, location is handy. Cons: Firstly $100 bond on check in even when you've paid for the room in advance. Check in at a different location. All blacks weekend and this room was way overpriced. (Lesson learnt, book favourite hotel earlier so you dont feel ripped off). Room 2, bottom level middle room is damp, cold and had that damp smell. Very old apartments need alot work. Very tired looking place. Definitely not the healthiest place to stay but I've paid cheaper for better accommodation. Bathroom is unhealthy with covid19 going around this will make your respiratory system worse. So needs to be rectified. Just as well its only for a night. Definitely needs work done here. Also backdoor needs deadbolt, lock on door doesn't seem safe enough.

Honestly I was a little nervous coming into the stay based on other reviews, but we actually loved it. We did NOT have to put down a $100 bond, either. Check in was easy and checkout you just left the key in the room. There was a ton of room, the bed was comfy, and the kitchenette has everything you need. It was super clean. It even had a cute little balcony. The location is close enough to everything we were visiting as well. 100% would recommend and stay again. Only downside is the parking was a tight squeeze but doable.

It is pretty run down dinghy and old. Checked in did question the $100 deposit as they had my details already. I did also question why they wanted to check the room on departure with me being present on the premises too. We were checking in at 299 but sorry your shady accommodation is down at 279. So most of the motel from what they said was booked with emergency housing tenants. Walked in the room smelt like someone had sprayed it with toilet freshener. Furnishings were old, just putrid, garden view, grass is passed your knees. With in 5min I walked out asked for a refund. Iβm on holiday and looks like I booked into housing commission. Got a refund straight away they were very good regarding this. Definitely wouldnβt book here. EVER again. This wasnβt even cheap we were paying $300 for the night, Lessoned learned from booking online first sting Iβve had!!
