Still waiting on a pizza that never showed up. No call, no explanation—just nothing. Tried contacting the store and got nowhere. This is unacceptable. If they can’t deliver the order, they shouldn’t take any orders .
I have never left a bad review before but this is honestly the worst pizza, chips, and garlic bread I’ve ever had. So disappointing. It was all burnt yet cold and tasted unfresh even though they were just boxing it up as I collected.
Food is good as usual but I said my name (Ryan) and they put Wan down. They also charged me $11 instead of $10.99 and as a struggling student I need every cent I can. The cashier also looked at me like I was crazy when I told him my name. Overall good food but service let me down
Limited options like not being able to choose deep dish base with family size pizza. And overpriced. Not very much value for money.
They gave us half cooked sides and look at the quantity. Just pathetic. We order some churos too and it was too oily., worst domino’s.
I picked up an order at domino’s Hastings east tonight and found something wrong with every single item I got. From the cut on the pizza being atrocious and sauces being left off the pizza, wings and dessert. When I had gone in to collect my order I was standing there for 10 minutes and towards me collecting my order, Phones were ringing with one girl who was under the pump trying her hardest to serve everyone that had come in. Being unable to get the phone, one other staff decided to continue to wipe down an already clean bench. She had been wiping the same bench from the time I was there to the time I had left. For the others, they were doing the same thing standing around doing nothing letting this poor girl work her hardest , so I don’t blame her but I blame her fellow staff for not backing her up and being a team.
Don't do it!! Absolutely terrible service! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I ordered 2 pizzas delivered. They show up 30min after the stated delivery time, and after me watching the guy drive 1 street over on the gps and then head back to the store, he was obviously lost. When he finally arrived he wanted me to walk around the corner to get my order out of the boot of his car! Needless to say, the pizzas were cold. Call the store manager, he puts me on hold several times, then offers to remake the order or give me a free pizza voucher. I said you can have the pizzas back and give me a refund. I went with the remake option. He then, calls me back and says we want the cold pizzas back to verify they're cold...
17-3-23 JUST DONT - 8 slice pizza. 5 (FIVE) prawns on whole pizza, no garlic taste. Garlic "prawn" pizza a rip off for $26.
Order pizza estimated time by tracker was out by 15 mins, I don't know but when I pizza is called double cheese and bacon I didn't think 6 lil pieces of bacon is what they meant by double very disappointed didn't really want to order from this branch of dominos but the app always orders from them ...
excellent service delicious pizza every time. but the crust! THE CRUST! you just want to finish that last nibble too there's something unique about the after taste of that crust that hits the back , sides and front of my palate and the efficient staff help to make that happen. I wont even consider going to Pizza Hutt anymore my partner still wasting her time selling that idea and definitely not the supermarket pizzas >urgh
