“Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are extremely comfortable in the pool. Deck is very modern and beautiful. We had to catch a late flight and they were super accommodating and allowed us to stay at the hotel until 2:00 p.m. for no extra charge.”
“On a tour with the NZ Founders Society, we visited Duart House, built in 1882. What an amazing old house with so much interesting history and a museum of historic artifacts, furniture, paintings, tools, bric-a-brac, etc. Absolutely loved it and so appreciated the presentation by the ladies who are so involved with this precious property. WELL WORTH A VISIT!!”
“Great tasting coffee and good food at a reasonable price, drop in for a quick breakfast and really enjoyed it. Nice clean well laid out place.”
“Thank you, Dave and Rachel for making us feel very welcome and made our stay in Napier really enjoyable. Great accommodation with comfortable beds. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again when I'm next in Napier.”
“Perfect fit for following the Otago Rally over the weekend with the grandchild. So great to have the animals for him to feed and spend time each day after watching the Rally car's. We even got a farewell when departing.”
“An absolutely excellent stay. Monika and Rolf are brilliant hosts and their property is perfect. The personal touches like homemade bread, fresh eggs, jams, yogurt and biscuits really made it special. Watching stars while in the spa was a bonus. Location is great and the chickens are a delight.”
“Stunning, quiet, peaceful location with easy access to Katikati and Tauranga. A high end, purpose built B&B at affordable prices. Beautiful gardens with sun rises and sunsets to view while enjoying your cup or glass of something on the huge sheltered decks . Hosts are exceptional and breakfast fresh, nutritious and plentiful. This was our second stay and we will be back again.”
“A hidden gem! Immaculate, welcoming and beautifully appointed.Warm and gracious hosts. Highly recommend.”
“Boathouse Row was the wedding venue of our dreams! It was the first and only venue we looked at because from the moment we arrived on the property, we knew immediately that it was perfect backdrop to our special day. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, but Lindy is an incredible host – she is bright and bubbly and was very accommodating during the planning stages as well as on the day. She goes above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly and genuinely cares and wants you to have a great experience. Being able to stay the night and wake up for the first time as husband and wife in the very spot you got married the day before also adds to whole experience, we didn't want to leave! Our guests haven’t stopped raving about how perfect it all was, so if you're looking for a venue & host that will make your day unforgettable, look no further. It exceeded all our expectations and more!”
“Outside of the city, and so peaceful. Lovely breakfast, comfortable bed and will appointed room. Definitely recommend.”
“I've been trusting this mechanic for years, and it's easy to see why. With over a decade of experience, he consistently provides reliable and high-quality repairs. He’s quick to respond, honest in his work, and truly dependable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a mechanic they can count on.”
“Fits 8 people comfortably. The host and hostess are very nice and friendly . Beds are very comfortable, clean, and warm”
“Absolutely amazing views. This place is amazing. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Will prefer this place to stay if visit Dunedin area again.”
“It wasn’t just a hostel—it was my home. Over the past six months, I made so many wonderful memories with amazing people. Everyone was always kind, welcoming, supportive, and considerate. Karen keeps the place clean and cozy, provides organic eggs, and cares about how we’re doing. Antony shows up whenever we need him and can fix just about anything. Lucy, the staff member, is the friendliest and most amazing person! And I miss Pipi the cat so much. The location is great—15min walk to the CBD—and the environment is very safe. I feel so lucky to have spent such a valuable time at Chester St Backpackers!”
“Wonderful service from Rachel who helped us heaps with loads of information soon after we arrived in New Zealand for a three and half month tour in early November. Half way through we are still using some of the resources she gave us and enjoying this amazing country. This was the beginning of many stops at I Sites around New Zealand and without exception we have had marvelous service everywhere we stopped just like Rachel at our very first I Site. Much appreciated and thank you New Zealand I Sites.”
“Very clean and modern. Lots of parking. Rooms were immaculate and well appointed. Lovely staff. Decided to stay another night as it was quiet and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with hot plate and microwave. Impressive motel. Would stay again if I came back to Hamilton.”
“Great location. Unit/room had everything we needed for our stay. Very tidy and clean. Loved the shared grass backyard for kids as a bonus. Thanks for having us!”
“Amazing service in the Pantry and Gelato store. Beautiful range of products from many local artisans but Silky Oaks very own Garlic Infused Rice Bran Oil and Lemon Gin Marmalade are to die for. The Avocado Oil is up there too. We will be back.”
“QT Wellington is a fantastic stay. The service is warm and genuinely friendly, especially the team at the restaurant, which makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location couldn’t be better — just across from Te Papa museum and right in the heart of Wellington’s vibrant waterfront. I also loved the artsy atmosphere throughout the hotel, from the lobby, the bar to the rooms, which gives the place so much character. A great choice if you want both comfort and a creative vibe.”
“My family and I just spent 3 nights here and had a lovely stay. The rooms are excellent and the staff at the dinning room are very thoughtful and caring. A special thanks to Inder who helped my wife and I set up dinning for two young children every morning. I would definitely stay here again.”
“I stay in Wellington a lot and I think this the best hotel I've stayed in. Everything was just perfect; the drop off and pick up area, the access to the main street, the room, the bed, the amount of milk and coffee, the shower pressure. Even the breakfast options at Sierra cafe were perfect. Will stay here from now on.”
“Great place to stay for a few days. To have a kitchen and laundry machines was very useful. Good walkable location to a variety of restaurants. Staff were very helpful, even lent me an umbrella for the wet weather. I had only one issue, and that was the door to my room would move when the next room open and close their door. So it sounded like someone was trying to open my room door. Was a bit unsettling. Overall it was a very good place.”
“Perfect location close to Cuba Street, Te Papa and the waterfront. We stayed for 3 nights in a one bedroom apartment which was great so my partner could sleep while I watched TV or was on my tablet. Great having an oven and the bonus of the washing machine. Even though we checked in late and out early and there was no one at reception at the time there was a back up which was perfect. The staff were pleasant and helpful in any dealings we had with them. Would highly reccomend.”
“Love this restaurant. Friendly staff and yum food. We love the duck pancakes and crispy eggplant!”
“A bonus that this restaurant is part of the hotel we’re staying in. Great atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, absolutely delicious food. Steak and chips, cook exactly how we asked, accompanied by truffle butter. Chicken Tikka, with a trip of dips, accompanied by garlic naan, and rice. Not too spicy (perfect for those who don’t like spice) my favourite dip was the tzatziki style. Kids meals come with a drink and dessert. Mac and cheese, perfect size for for kids, my son enjoyed it but I through it was too cheesy. Ice cream sundae was very cute, 1 single scoop with marshmallows, sprinkles and wafers. Forgot to take photo before we started eating so here is what we got”
“Room was spacious and clean, ample basement parking and friendly reception at the nearby main office.”
“Amazing stay. The location is very convenient, close to city centre with 5mins walk from bus station. The staff were really helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and clean. Will recommend for solo travellers too.”
“Stayed here for 1 night in a 2 bedroom unit. Excellent place; clean, modern, well equipped and comfortable. Great location and the included breakfast was a bonus! Staff in the office were excellent - welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.”
