Excellent location, quiet area with lots of food options nearby. Suites are spacious and clean and the inclusion of a washing machine is a huge plus. Would stay again.
Lovely friendly and helpful reception. Easy check in and great communication. Rooms are good and location is great. We have stayed here many times and during a couple stays we have had an annoying humming noise at night that seems to be coming from within the roof area.
I came here 2 years ago this hotel was great and clean. This time was disappointing, the staff were great, polite and helpful. However, the rooms were not clean, evry corner full of dust and dirt the walls have straps and stains around the seating area and generally the bathroom needed a thorough clean. The location is great for getting around Wellington.
I wanted to give a 5 star for the service of the counter staffs as they were super helpful with the check in process. For the room I’d probably only give 2 star. At first look the room looked very modern and neat. However, there were so many stains! On the wall, pillows, towels. The microwave looked like it has never been cleaned (the condensation was still present from the previous guest? Or the guest earlier?). The worse was the washer and dryer! The washer had error massage 1/2 way through the washing and the dryer never dry the clothes! They were still dripping wet no matter how many times I tried to dry them. Tried calling the counter but the phone was not working. We had to reboot the phone ourselves, and when it finally get through, no one picks up, that’s when we realized there was no staffs at all. Lucky we found a laundry service shop about 290m away from the hotel that saved me. Take note the shop closes at 11pm. So yes, the 2 star for this hotel.
Great place to stay for a few days. To have a kitchen and laundry machines was very useful. Good walkable location to a variety of restaurants. Staff were very helpful, even lent me an umbrella for the wet weather. I had only one issue, and that was the door to my room would move when the next room open and close their door. So it sounded like someone was trying to open my room door. Was a bit unsettling. Overall it was a very good place.
we really enjoyed our stay. Having laundry in the room was handy. comfy bed. walkable to lots of great things like the museum and food options.
Location is great as it is near the city centre. Not sure why but there is no room service provided even with the sign hung outside the door. The body wash ran out and took them over 8 hours to change it.
I stayed here for 1 night during my trip to Wellington. The room was equipped with everything one could ask for, clean and modern. The staff has been very friendly.
Loved the concept. Having been travelling through hostels and hotels for an extended period of time, having a little studio type flat with all the amenities (even including laundry liquid!) was an absolute dream.
PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. I am surprised by this hotel that turned out to be a service apartment. It is so spacious that I have not come across any in Wellington. The bonus is that it is fully equipped with kitchenette, dish washer, washing machine and dryer.
