   Spent 2 nights, Dec 25&26th, in a Harbour view room. Room 436, was light bright and stylish. Plenty of space, with comfy chair & side table and a desk set up. The room and balcony artwork was amazing. Great view and balcony. Awesome bathroom with large tub and great amenities including super soft robes, Dyson hairdryer even bath salts for the huge tub. All the staff we met were great as was the food we sampled. I had some trepidation after reading some reviews but it was just great and the hotels art collection is amazing. I am looking forward to my next stay.

   Car was parked in their carpark right by the entrance to the lobby because we had three ebikes on the back. Was told by the staff they would be secure being there and under the CCTV cameras. Bikes were taken after cables and locks being cut which took over 40mins to achieve. Staff never approached or noticed this happening outside their main entrance. Wouldn't supply CCTV footage stating the privacy act and offered no help at all.

   Disappointing stay for the price. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and even had foul-smelling linen left behind from a previous guest. On top of that, our simple housekeeping requests were ignored. For four hundred dollars a night, I expected far better standards.

   QT Wellington is a fantastic stay. The service is warm and genuinely friendly, especially the team at the restaurant, which makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location couldn’t be better — just across from Te Papa museum and right in the heart of Wellington’s vibrant waterfront. I also loved the artsy atmosphere throughout the hotel, from the lobby, the bar to the rooms, which gives the place so much character. A great choice if you want both comfort and a creative vibe.

   We stayed there for 6 nights in end of June. Awesome place . We had room on 4th floor with fantastic views of harbour. Big room so clean and tidy an amazing place. Handy to everything highly recommend to everyone. Can't say enough was a great experience. I DO HAVE TO SAY a special big thanks to Amy the duty manager who was just fantastic, she made sure we had everything at hand for us. Ali & Yulia

   We love staying in the apartment side of this hotel. The rooms in the apartment section are large, have good views and are well equipped. Excellent location for attending shows at Courtney Place. The public areas of the hotel itself are beautiful with stunning artwork. We stayed here as part of my daughter's 21st birthday celebration and she was gifted a bottle of wine and some pastries by the hotel. Thank you, the gesture was very much appreciated.

   Fantastic customer service from all staff. The room and bed are very comfortable, with heating/cooling, a spacious bathroom, and a balcony that has views of Wellington harbour. Location couldn't be better, and there is a valet option for parking so you can pull straight into their driveway without worrying about finding a parking space. There is also an on-site pool and gym available to guests, and free WiFi.

   Such a cool hotel, artsy vibe, rooms are all high class and unique. Has a small but reasonable gym, pool and Sauna. Close to town and Te Papa as well as nearby supermarket and transport. Highly recommend this place. Oh and the rooms have Dyson hair dryers!
