Super clean rooms with everything you need. So close to town and quiet even though right by main roads. Definitely recommend
Very clean and tidy. Warm. All necessary amenities. Bed was a little firm but was definitely clean fresh quality linen. Shower wasn't very powerful. Value for money, I would stay here again.
Husband and I stayed in Room 18. We had a great stay. Very welcoming at reception. Room was very nice, clean and tidy. All the facilities you need in the room. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back to stay when we come back to Hamilton. Thank you!!
This motel is very clearly used for emergency/social housing, which we were not made aware of. Arguments and swearing late at night and early morning. Banging and clanging and noisy vehicles all hours of the night. Had it not been for the emergency housing tenants, this would have been a nice quiet place to stay. But instead, I didn't feel very safe and felt that I couldn't step foot outside after dark. It seemed that the owner of this motel didn't feel safe in his own place either as he locked himself inside at all times, and only opened the door if somebody was checking in. Rooms seemed clean but we kept getting really black feet off the floor which was really uncomfortable feeling and just gross. The negatives far outweigh the positives here and we won't be staying again.
Very clean and modern. Lots of parking. Rooms were immaculate and well appointed. Lovely staff. Decided to stay another night as it was quiet and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with hot plate and microwave. Impressive motel. Would stay again if I came back to Hamilton.
Our room was upstairs, it was clean and tidy upon arrival. A short walk to the local shopping area for those essentials. The bus stop is close by as well to give you options instead of driving. The Manager was friendly she drove us early in the morning to take the Tranz Alpine scenic train and was there to meet us upon return. Being on the main road the traffic noise was OK.
Arrived, room seemed OK till bathroom time totally broken toilet seat, spa bath not working not told about. Plus there was several permanent stays with language I'd rather not here early morning!! 1 plus is that the bed was so comfortable that TV Lack of bathroom atire. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this motel for many reasons not stated
We booked 8 rooms and everyone found them below average. One room had no toilet seat this was broken and on the ground beside the toilet. Lots of the rooms had a blocked shower that over flowed. Beds very uncomfortable - air conditioners and fridges very loud. Will not be using again
Have stayed here twice. Once as a couple, then last year with our 3 year old son. Very clean. Good location. Hard to reserve it. Booked out quite often. Guess it shows how good and popular it is.
Great accommodation. Comfortable bed, spotless clean room. Very affordable prices & great location for what is around. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Only note was information booklet did say Sky was in all rooms, mine did not have it. However the rest of experience definitely made up for it. I would definitely stay again.
