    Rooms were surprising - VERY spacious, spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. The only things that let down our stay were: 1) Not enough carparks available for guests in the basement, we had to find parking on the street when we arrived back at the motel at 9pm on Saturday night. 2) The walls are paper thin. We could hear a lady coughing through the whole night, almost as if she were in the same room as us. She was next door. Apart from these two things, absolutely great value for the price we paid!

    As mentioned in several reviews, there was a note on the door upon arrival directing guests to check in at another location. It wasn’t far, so it wasn’t a big issue. The man at the check-in desk was friendly and answered all my questions sincerely. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and I really appreciated the smart TV—it was great to relax with some Netflix. That said, there was one downside: the room had a strong foot odor throughout. I used a room spray I had with me to mask the smell, but without that issue, it would have been a 5-star stay.

    Booked for a second time while down in Hamilton tonight. Stayed a few weeks ago and was so pleased with location, price and the size & cleanliness of the room, we chose to book here again. Haven't arrived yet but I'm sure we can expect the same. If I was being picky, I would suggest an on site lockbox with codes allocated to each booking. We've stayed at a few places that don't have reception services and have this available - works great and means not needing to go off site for your key. That's the only "niggle" otherwise, definitely one of the better places we've booked in this price range..... what you see in the pictures, is what you get! Imagine that!

    Booked last minute. Absolutely loved the room Communication was easy. This Motel will be our stay when in Hamilton. Location was perfect close to the city and to temple view. Carpark was great. Thank you Zeta Motel
