While some of the major jewellers acted like this was too big of an ask, saying it would take weeks to be sent away and see if it's possible to go down that many sizes, Mayo Jewellers were happy to do it for us without fuss. My partner dropped the ring off at around 10am, and it was ready to be picked up by 4. The jeweller done a fantastic job, there's no way to tell its been altered. The owner has incredible knowledge and can help you find anything. Make sure you take an antihistamine (dusty for obvious reasons) and have a coffee before you arrive, as once you're here, you could easily spend hours perusing the shelves.”
