   My traditional style watch had a broken glass and the battery had leaked rendering it useless. Optimistically I approached Baywatch wondering if they could help me. I was super pleased with my watch repair here. They sourced the new parts my watch needed and got the job done in just one week. It's basically a brand new watch again!

   Bad service. I went to purchase a battery for my watch. They said they can only do a full service with seals and lubrication and can’t sell the battery. Price quoted around $100. The watch is newish and did not require a service but they still tried to upsell. Absolutely not trustworthy and arrogant. Looks like they are fed up with small jobs and want only the $$!

   Yes, I was happy to know that expert, ethical service still exists. Bay Watch On Time have an amazing number of watches and brands, beautifully displayed, to choose from. I was impressed with the advice that Harvey and his assistant gave me , as well as the very reasonable prices on most of their stock. I have bought two watches from Bay Watch in the past two years that have suited my wrist and performed with precision!

   Wish this was a 5 star review.. But it's going to have to be 1... I needed a sentimental watch fixed. I asked a few places around Tauranga including the place I brought it. They gave me all the same information. I came here to see if they could help. They charged me $20 to take my watch then tell me what everyone else told me. Not even a offer to contact a company they said could help fix it or had the parts. Just got my time wasted and $20 taken. Don't say you can give someone a quote and charge them when you can't even do that. That's considered con artistry and far from professional.
