   Brought my partner here to get her ears done for the first time. Waited 10 minutes past her appointment time at the desk, was knocking on the glass door trying to get someone's attention. My partner got a infection from the piercing. She did everything they said and used the spray they gave us to clean the ears. Waste of money. Blamed her for not maintaining the piercing site properly. The spray was just water. Absolutely horrible

   Got my Medusa, naval and septum done in one session here, Rebecca was absolutely lovely and made the whole experience great. She also gave me a stress ball to use as I'm scared of needles! 10/10, highly recommend, will be going here again

   Sophie is the best! I just got my eyebrows done by Sophie and she is so nice and kind and the best at brows. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my brows but Sophie. She made my eyebrows go from sisters to twin sisters which we love. She did exactly what I wanted and my eyebrows look so pretty and feminine. Sophie is just the best, she has over 20+ years experience, she knows exactly what she's doing and so nice and smart.

   Don’t recommend as I got my helix done here a few years and it was done so poorly, had another shop check it out and they agreed, had 2 take it out in the end. My partner also booked online we showed up and waited to be seen for over half a hour and then was he didn’t have an appointment as they weren’t doing piercings that day, he showed the lady the confirmation text (which included letting us know he would be fined if late) the lady then said well we sent a text out saying no piercing today , my partner again showed her the confirmation text from THEM and no other messages. We were just told to come back another day, no apology, nothing. But hey we get a fee if late right ? So we just had 2 leave and it was a massive waste of time on my partners only day off that week. Only good experience I’ve had was with a lovely lady who did my septum. Wouldn’t waste my time again.

   Had to get my nose piercing changed because the previous stud (not from amplify) was giving lots of issues and swelling. Candice (if i’m not wrong) she was so lovely and patient and determined and got it our for me so carefully even though it took us like 20 minutes to get it out. Thank you!!!

   I've had 8/12 piercings done here and loved them. Candace and Rebecca are lovely. I talk a lot when I'm nervous and they always have conversations with me:) Made me feel very comfortable and safe everytime and the prices are great, especially since the aftercare is included! Definitley coming back everytime
