   I can’t even describe how amazed I am with the experience I had with the online store. One year ago I was trying to find the most specific sunglasses in NZ and i couldn’t. Now, one year later I saw them on the website! And Sally that I emailed with helped me shipped it 18,500 kilometers until where I live! The customer service I had was beyond amazing, so kind, so respectful, best customer service I had online by farrrr! Thank u sooo much, i can’t wait to get them!

   This shop has the best customer service! I had a very small online order - I needed one postcard to complete my set which I purchased on a recent trip to New Zealand. Both Steve and Sally were incredibly helpful, kept me informed of my shipping options (to the U.S.) and were both very responsive via email. Thank you both so much!

   Best customer service. The guy, who I assume is the owner is great to talk to and the shop is full of great stuff. From earrings to vintage tees to Christmas stuff. Their earing selection is crazy and I could spend an hour alone just looking at their earrings and wanting to buy half of them. This is the best priced place I've found. Their vintage tees are like $20! Yes, vintage for $20! I loved the shop and my mum loved the shop. Something there for everyone. They're also one of the only stores open past 5pm which is so good for those who wanna stop in somewhere after work.

   My family just had THE WORST experience here. I took my family to this shop this morning. Unintentionally, my 2 year old toddler made a tiny damage on one of the things in the shop. I said sorry and offered to pay the damage but the lady refused and shouted at us: “Just get out!” I offered to pay the damage again and she shouted again at us: “get out!” My kids got frightened and I said calmly to the lady: “you’re being really rude.” And she shouted at us again: “I don’t care! Get out!” My 5 year old daughter was so upset and frightened and couldn’t stop crying. She got so traumatised that she even could go on the same street not mentioning anywhere remotely near the shop… As a mother, it’s so heartbreaking to see my daughter’s mental and emotional well-being are negatively impacted by other people’s bad behaviour. (A sweet couple who happened to be in the shop at the same time saw what happened and they bought toys for my kids and said to my daughter: "we were there and that lady was not nice. You're too sweet to experience that.") If the lady from the shop is reading this, I want you to know that your actions and behaviours have consequences to others. Kids are watching us to get sense of the world and as an adult it’s our responsibility to act sensibly and responsibly. You might have had a bad day and maybe you didn’t act like yourself normally, but it’s no excuse to treat other people badly just because you had a bad day. Anyway I hope you’re well and anyone who’s reading this review has a wonderful day.

   This is my favourite shop in Napier I absolutely love it. there are so many items to choose from and they are all at amazing prices, very low. The store is set out perfectly so you're able to look around without feeling cramped. The staff are very polite and let you browse without hanging around, but, they are helpful with any questions you may have.
